The offices of the ReddiFund will be closed for Christmas from 12 noon on Friday 20th December 2013 and will re-open at 8.30 am on Monday 6th January 2013.
The final payments processing for the 2013 year will close at 11.00 am on Thursday 19th December and the first payments run for 2014 will be on Wednesday 8th January 2014.
Any employee members who have been terminated and wish to make a claim for their entitlements before the Christmas closedown, will be required to ensure that we have written advice of their termination date either by way of a copy of a Separation Certificate, or ensure that their last employer has forwarded the information to this office prior to the cut off date on 19th December 2013.
Without this vital information we will not be able to process your claim, and provided we have received the termination date, the claim will be processed on Wednesday 8th January at the earliest.
